Wedding, confirmation party or birthday: Marjoniementila offers a beautiful setting for any kind of party or event. Marjoniementila provides venues suitable for events of different sizes and menu options that help planning the event. We also organize commemorations. The events are always carefully planned according to your wishes. We take care of all the arrangements so that you can enjoy the event.
Horse riding
Marjoniementila is the home for several Icelandic horses. It is possible to participate in a guided riding lesson based on your own level. In addition, we hold gait trainings and horse riding days and camps for children.
Accommodation
At Marjoniementila there are several different accommodation possibilities. You can lodge in the beautiful main building or in the atmospheric granary next to a chapel.
Parties
The main building of the rectory is the perfect venue for parties. The dining room fits tables for 50 people and there are also three smaller rooms that can be used in addition.
Meetings
We hire out affordable conference rooms that are fully equipped. We also tailor additional activity for your group, based on your wishes.
Weddings
We organize memorable weddings and take care of all services that are needed for a successful day.
Event programmes
Through us, you can book for example a stand-up comedian or a rock band for your event. Tell us your wishes and we will make them come true!
Lakeside sauna
The new 93 m2 lakeside sauna was completed under a peat roof in the summer of 2019. In addition to the sauna, the building also has a meeting / party room for 20 people. The courtyard terrace also has a year-round jacuzzi for 12 people.
Catering
It is possible to reserve a meal for minimum 20 people at the rectory. We favour local food in our meals.
